Pneumatic Cylinder

The pneumatic cylinder is a mechanical device converting compressed air energy into the reciprocating linear motion.

  1. A double-acting cylinder-compressed air to move a piston in and out
  2. Single-acting cylinder-compressed air for one-way movement and return spring for the other

Specifications

  • Cylinder Tube——For bore of 19, 25, 40, & 50 mm hard drawn and polished brass/ aluminum tube and for bores of 65, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 & 300 mm. Seamless honed and hard chrome plated steel tube is used.
  • Piston Rod—————————High tensile steel, Ground and hard chrome plated.
  • Seals—————————–Buna “N” ( Nitrile-elastomer)
  • End cover and piston———Close grained cast iron
  • Temperature Range———-0ยฐ C to +85ยฐ C
  • Pressure Range—————10 Kg/cm2 (150 PSIG) and for compressed air-25 Kg/cm2 (350 PSIG) for oil
